Variegated Radicchio is an elegant, colourful and puffy variety which grows in fertile, aerated soils, rich in water and sunlight. Thanks to these conditions it has a mild nature, genteel appearance and delicate flavour which make it unique and very palatable.

Its beauty lies in its broad, lightly wrinkled, creamy white leaves streaked with variegated veins spread evenly across the whole leaf surface.

With hues ranging from pale violet to purplish red and bright red, the Variegated Radicchio brings to the table a flower-like beauty as well as a delicious flavour.
